Producing whole cinnamon procedure
- Keep the bark of the harvested cinnamon
- Cut into pieces 4 cm wide and 30 cm-45 cm long
- Dry until the cinnamon shrinks into a tube 1 cm-1.5 cm diameter

- Especially, whole cinnamon doesn’t get broken, cracked or crushed while being dried.
