Cinnamon stick

Post harvested cinnamon at the age of 12 years or above will have the outer shell removed, split to a width of 3cm and dried.

Producing cinnamon stick procedure:

  • Choosing best quality cinnamon shells.
  • Clean and shave the outer shells.
  • Dry naturally under the sunlight.
  • Cut into about 12 cm pieces or as required.
  • 10 – 12% moisture guaranteed.
  • No impurities.
  • No SO2 used.
  • Store in cool, dry places.

  • Humidity: maximum 13.5%
  • Impurities: maximum 1%
  • Size: 20 – 47cm
  • Diameter:maximum 1.8cm

Packaging and delivery

  • Packaging: Carton boxes 10kg net
  • Loaded: 8 tons/20FT, 16 tons/40 HQ
  • Delivery port: Hai Phong.
