Vietlinh sliced dried ginger is processed from fresh ones. It is cleaned and dried using AD technology. As you know, ginger has the effect of preventing many different diseases. Ginger contains many antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-cancer elements.

Procedure of processing dried sliced ginger
- Choosing clean, fresh ginger.From healthy ginger plants that are pest-free and pesticide-free, do not choose ginger roots that are damaged or rotting.
- After selecting fresh ginger, we wash it with clean water to remove mud and dirt adhering to the ginger root and let it drain.
- Using a knife or a specialized slicer, cut the ginger into thin slices or leave it whole (depending on the using purposes).
- Select sliced ginger and put it in the oven to dry. Dry at a temperature of about 60 -70 degrees Celsius for about 2 -3 hours, humidity below 13%
- After drying, ginger is cooled and packaged for preservation.
