Whole Cinnamon

Whole cinnamon is a product that has been peeled off the tree, dried and classified into thickness.

Producing whole cinnamon procedure

  • Keep the bark of the harvested cinnamon
  • Cut into pieces 4 cm wide and 30 cm-45 cm long
  • Dry until the cinnamon shrinks into a tube 1 cm-1.5 cm diameter

  • Length: 35cm – 45cm
  • Thickness: 1 – 3 mm
  • Humidity: Not over 13.5%
  • Impurities: 1%
  • Color: natural brown
  • Especially, whole cinnamon doesn’t get broken, cracked or crushed while being dried.
  • Essential oil content: 3%
