Big ginger

Big ginger is widely planted in Tay Nguyen and Northern mountainous provinces of Vietnam in which Tay Nguyen is the area that is the biggest supplier of the entire country. The correct amount of time to harvest is from October to December every year.

  • Ginger is planted from January to April according to the Lunar calendar. Then they can be harvested after 7 to 8 months.
  • Harvested gingers will be cleansed to remove dirt.
  • Categorize and pack
